Need help. About tribes vengeance serverlist

Please some1 help me with this:

I dont know on what does it depend but i live in finland and i got only 1 server in tribes vengeance serverlist. I think there should be much more idk whata hell is going on. Is there a patch or smth? i didnt install anything , only game itself. So if there is something i should know about server list please tell me. And p.s. in tribes vengeance is there some sort of console where u can type Ip adress and join server or somthing like that? please tell me! Thx
